Yes thats what happens everytime, its the coach who will be put in the bag. Its behind the doors or few players or don't know what but yes sack the coach is the final ohh sorry first answer to show to the fans that the board of directors are doing something towards the betterment of the club. 

Scolari was a good national coach with Brazil , portual and was able to manage and win few titles with few clubs in brazil, but not a huge success with the chelsea, no time to settle down, only 7 months on the payroll and sacked. 

Sack the  architect of the present chelsea team, Mourinho, a very good manager. This man has his own style, may be arrogant, may be, but knows how to build a team and win matches.

these lucky few have got time to prove themselves, build the team and produce results, they have pressure but only of the results not losing their jobs, i guess.
